I am a mindful breastfeeding practitioner dedicated to supporting parents with compassion, knowledge, and calm. Through gentle guidance and mindfulness techniques, I help navigate families through the different stages of feeding with confidence and connection. Whether they're preparing for the first latch, facing challenges along the way or would like to reflect on their feeding journey(s), I’m here to hold space for them. I am also passionate about supporting people experiencing breastfeeding grief and trauma as well as shedding light on paternal mental health and the importance of the paternal role supporting a woman during matrescence. I offer antenatal and postnatal breastfeeding support. I also offer breastfeeding reflections and breastfeeding grief/trauma sessions all can be offered in person or online.
